With The Devil Wears Prada and Six Towns

Rob chats to Ohio metal band The Devil Wears Prada plus Stoke lads Six Towns pop in to chat about their new music video.

We popped down to The Sugarmill this week to sit down with Mike from Ohio metalcore act The Devil Wears Prada to talk about touring, set lists and new material. Tasty.

Back in the studio, we had the charming Six Towns in for a chat about their plans to break out of Stoke and what they have planned for their first music video, from which we can expect a night out and a strong possibility of danger.

Scott took a break from capturing the sonic magic created in our sessions to deliver his three picks of the week from the BBC Uploader. This week, aural pleasure came in the form of Translucid, Giro Junkie and Alice Hyde.

Also, we débuted an eclectic mix of tracks this week from the acoustic styling of Aaron Mobberley to the electronic rumblings of Matthew Jackson, whilst not forgetting veterans of the show All The Young and everyone’s favourite DVD-themed song by Nic Andrews.

And, of course, there were shout-outs a-plenty. Stay in touch with us via Facebook and Twitter and we’ll give you a mention on next week’s show.
