Episode 3
Katherine Ryan explores whether it's more important to live for now, or live for the future
Live for now, or live for the future?
Comic Katherine Ryan continues exploring out of the box parenting ideas. This week, on the search to help her family be more ecologically sustainable, she meets Activist mum Sophie who takes Katherine and Violet along to a protest against Fossil Fuels. Let's hope they don't get arrested! Katherine also talks to the Fisher family who take their children out of school to travel the world, and actually get paid for publicising the places they visit on social media. When they reveal their motivation for living for the moment, we learn that Katherine also suffers from Lupus and how this inspired her to have Violet 14 years ago. Also in this episode, Katherine’s mum Julie arrives from Canada to help look after the kids - but will she end up freeing up Katherine’s time by helping, or cause more problems in the household by getting drunk with Bobby or clashing with Katherine?!
