Anna Jones brings a wealth of veggies to the table with her spicy take on a shepherd’s pie, adding the flavours of aloo gobi and saag aloo. Joe Wicks continues the pie theme with his delicious chicken, cauliflower and leek filo pastry pie with a side of purple sprouting broccoli.
The formidable mother-daughter team Mumbai Mix present a taste of their delicious dosas, while Sabrina Ghayour celebrates Persian New Year with her crispy cod wraps and harissa mayo.
Galton Blackiston uncovers the edible treasures of the Norfolk coast, from nettles to sea beets and scurvy grass to sea aster. Georgina Hayden combines two classic desserts for her delicious baklava cheesecake layered with filo pastry, walnuts and a feta filling. And Stacey Dooley tucks into either her food heaven, carpetbag steak, or her food hell, pigeon.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein explores the English market in Cork, and Clive Myrie enjoys a tot of rum or two in Barbados.
