The Quest Of Donal Q

Brothers Donal and Sandy are on a quest to rescue a childhood sweetheart. Written especially for Billy Connolly and Brian Cox.

Based on the template of Don Quixote, The Quest of Donal Q, is the story of two rival brothers who journey through Scotland in search of a childhood sweetheart.

Written by David Ashton especially for Brian Cox and Billy Connolly.

Donal (Billy) and Sandy (Brian) were separated in an orphanage. Donal was adopted by a wealthy couple and taken off to California while Sandy was never chosen and was left to live in not quite so sunny Dundee.

The estranged brothers meet up 10 years later and must seek out the girl they both loved at the orphanage - beautiful Jeanette - who apparently needs a knight in shining armour.

So begins a journey that will make or break the bond between brothers.
