The Core by Mike Bartlett (Omnibus)

Carly is a bright 13-year old who attends Coalforth School in Berkshire.

The school has not been doing well, but it’s just recruited Sarah Parkinson, a new head with energy and vision.

Exploring the hot topic of education, The Core is about the impact of current policies on those going through the system.

Starting in 2011, we follow Carly and Sarah into their futures.

But it's not what we, or they, expect...

Written in five parts by Mike Bartlett.
