Does being bored make you more creative?

Most of us don't like being bored, but could a little boredom from time to time actually be good for us?
An author who writes books and poetry for adults and is currently shortlisted for the prestigious Booker prize has said he believes childhood boredom inspired his creativity.
Luke Kennard grew up in Chard, a town of in Somerset, and has said growing up in a quiet town had an impact on his "creative impulse".
He told the BBC: "You stay in your room playing the clarinet or writing a poem - there's a certain virtue to being a little bit bored sometimes, and just having to amuse yourself."

The author is not the only person to think this way either, with former education secretary Bridget Phillipson earlier this year saying "there's nothing wrong with kids being bored".
She made the comment after the social media ban for under-16s was announced, leaving some kids wondering what they're going to do with their spare time.
But she argued that being bored is "an important part of growing up", adding: "If you're bored, go and find something to do."
We want to know what you think - is being bored sometimes a good thing? Or do you always want to be busy? Do you get involved in creative activities when you're bored?
