Khadija Shaw scored twice for City in the semi-final against Chelsea
City have had a great campaign under their coach Andrée Jeglertz, who guided them to the Women's Super League title in his first season in charge of the club.
But Brighton are also feeling confident, having already beaten top-division sides like West Ham, Arsenal and Liverpool earlier in the competition.
The team also have positive recent memories of their last game against City in April, where they won 3-2.
In many of the recent games between the two sides there was only one goal between the winner and the loser - which means the score on Sunday could also be quite close.

Madison Haley gave the Seagulls their second goal in the semi-final against Liverpool
Brighton striker Madison Haley was player of the match in Brighton's last win over City, and says that while her team "are happy to be here", they "always want more".
She added: "It's been an amazing run that we've been on but from inside the club, it hasn't been much of a surprise that we find ourselves here."
The match will kick off at 3pm, and can be watched or streamed on TNT Sports, HBO Max and Channel 4.
