PE lessons are a chance to get active, try out new sports and have fun with your classmates.
However, it seems that not everyone feels the same about them.
A new study suggests that millions of older people are put off exercising and playing sport because of their early PE experiences at school.
So, we want to know what YOU think. Do you enjoy PE lessons? Or, is there anything about them that you would change?

For some people PE is their favourite lesson. They enjoy team games, picking up new skills and having fun with friends away from the classroom.
But others don't enjoy it as much. Some might feel nervous about competing, being picked for teams or making mistakes in front of others.
New research, by the Age UK charity, reveals that negative early PE experiences are one of the reasons that millions of people aged 50-65 are put off from being active in later life.
That's despite the fact that there are now many more sports groups, which are often more welcoming and supportive than they were in the past.
So, we want to know what you think. Do you enjoy your PE lessons at school? Or do you think more can be done to make them more fun, fair or inclusive for everyone?
