Police have been given more time to question a 36-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murdering a Suffolk woman who went missing on the Canary Islands.
Sarah Shields, 23, from Ipswich went on a two-week holiday to Gran Canaria and failed to return home on 11 July.
Spanish police said they were trying to identify the body of a young woman found on the island on 7 July.
Detectives have until Friday morning to question the man who was arrested in Ipswich.
He is being questioned on suspicion of murder and perverting the course of justice.
