'A hard no' - Welsh first minister when asked if he'd accept the same donationspublished at 10:09 BST

We've also heard from Welsh First Minister Rhun ap Iorwerth - who was asked about the issue of political donations.
"It's a hard no," he says when asked whether he would accept them. "What would be the perception?" he adds.
He says he can see why Reform UK's Robert Jenrick - also on the programme today - is "cock-a-hoop", but questions what's behind the donations.
Have the donors "altruistically" decided to do it to make life better for regular people, or are they interested in "deregulation of the crypto agenda", he asks.
Asked why it's a "hard no", he expresses concern about how cryptocurrency can be used to move money involved in "illicit activities".
He also says there is a risk of the wealthy - potentially including those outside the UK - trying to "influence politics in a way that removes the influence of the ordinary citizen".
