The story

It's common knowledge that coffee can wake us up because it has caffeine.

But, what are the other benefits of drinking coffee and caffeinated drinks?

New studies suggest that coffee can help our brain in many ways - one of which is preventing diseases which cause memory loss, such as dementia.

This is true for tea as well. Drinking 2-3 cups of drinks containing caffiene a day can help keep memory-loss away.
