Corned beef with cheese. Cut cooked spud in half, tear corned beef into pieces and put over both halves, followed by cheese. Stick under grill until cheese melted, then enjoy!! Absolutely delicious. Claire, Burnley Slice and Fry some peperomi (hot is best), fry some sliced onions & mushrooms. Once the spud is cooked, scoop out the guts of it, mash and mix everything together with a blob of butter. Throw it all back in the skin and sprinkle with sliced spring onion and add a little piri piri sauce.....mmmmmmm Austin, Preston

Cheese and Onion! Debz, Morecambe Chop up bacon and onion very finely and fry until crispy. Microwave the potatoes until soft. Cut the spud in half and scoop out the centre and place in bowl, mash with butter and lots of black pepper. Place the bacon/onion mix in the bottom of the half spud, then place the mash on top, followed by grated cheese - pref something strong. Bake in oven on a high temperature until crunchy - serve with a nice salsa or sour cream and chives. Pauline Haines, Helmshore Spam and tomato ketchup. John, Blackpool
Take some baked beans, and heat in a pan until VERY thick. Mix in some chilli powder with the beans, stick them in your spud and melt some cheese on top under the grill! Sammy, Rossendale

Prawns, avocado, seafood sauce. Barbara Robinson, Chorley
Take a kidney (lamb's is best), remove all tubes and gubbins from centre, then re-shape. Wrap in rasher of bacon which you have spread with some nice mustard. Cut open baked potato and scoop out enough of the inside so that you can plop in a small dollop of butter, salt and pepper and the bacon wrapped kidney and fold the top over again. (Maybe make fish cakes with all that spud?) Stick the thing back in the oven and cook for a further 20-30 minutes until the kidney is cooked through. It's not fast food, you can't microwave it, but it's absolutely delicious!! John, Egerton
Cheese first, then vegetable curry on top of that and then sweetcorn on top of that! I like the potato skin really crispy as well. Lynette, Blackpool
