Take a look around the new development areas...  Take a look around the SEEDA observatory which sits on top of their offices overlooking Chatham.  The first phase, including homes and a landscaped play area, was completed in the 1990s.  The site lies between Strood railway station and the river and will include 500 homes.  The project is being taken forward by the council’s Medway Renaissance team and SEEDA.  The riverside site is situated between juntion 2 of the M2 and Strood town centre.
