Ray skipping

You might like to skip this bit!

Salt, mustard, vinegar, pepper

The Ray Clark Breakfast Show featured the children of Sunnymede Infant school, Billericay, as they joined in with a world attempt at non-stop skipping. I could never get the hang of it - and I couldn't remember the skipping rhymes either.

Pebmarsh Grand-Prix Update

Just one appeal - that's all, and we have a team to build our cart for the Pebmarsh Grand-Prix ... and they appear to know what they're doing.

Kart builders

Team BBC Essex maybe?

John is a lecturer in Basildon and Southend on engineering, welding and aeronautics, he and his mates formed a team called Gizmo for the Scrapheap Challenge on television.

Telephone Stu will be our pilot - but there is talk of The Ray Clark Breakfast Show entering a two seater - so who will take the second seat??

Find out in the lovely Essex village of Pebmarsh on Saturday, 4, July.

Mick Williams Returns

... but for one day only. Pirate BBC Essex features the 80s for a Bank Holiday special with ... well, me and my name when I was aboard Radio Caroline - listen on Sunday at 3pm

Art trail

The Essex art trail has launched and BBC Essex online are giving you the change to show off your photographic talents with a choice of categories including 'My corner of Essex'.

Dengie peninsula

River Crouch view

Facebook

Well that shows how much I know. Until now I'd not got excited about Facebook, how wrong was I?

The Ray Clark Breakfast Show now has a presence

Why not log on and search us out?
