Essex goes Salsa

Thanks to programmes like 'Strictly Come Dancing', salsa dancing has taken off across the country. BBC Essex's Chris Penhall takes a look at the dance crazy gripping the county.

Put your dance shoes on and get those hips wiggling for a salsa party you can enjoy in your home, your garden, or your car – wherever you are and whatever you're doing.

Host Chris Penhall guarantees to put a smile on your face and a spring in your step with the kind of sassy Latin music that makes you just want to dance!

Chris plays some of her favourite tracks and talks to some of the salsa-pals she has met along the way in Essex and in London.
