As most of you will not have failed to notice, the BBC has itself been the subject of the news over the last 24 hours, after an inquiry revealed a fresh batch of faked phone-ins.

As a result of this, the Director General has announced that all phone-related and interactive competitions across the BBC will be suspended, until sufficient steps have been implemented to ensure they are run fairly and honestly.

This obviously means you will be seeing no competitions on BBC Sport's various platforms and programming until further notice. We run some one-off competitions, which will now not happen, and also a few regular, rolling competitions, which will now be suspended indefinitely.
