Review development processReflecting on performance progress
Progress in developing a performance can be checked using feedback such as test results or observation schedules. Evaluating the work completed allows future development needs to be identified.
After your performance development plan is complete, it is important that you can provide evidence of evaluating progress made in your performance.
This could involve analysing changes in standardised tests, observation schedules, questionnaires etc.
Identifying future development needs
The needs which would become the focus for future performance development may include continuing with the programme of work already carried out. However there may be different areas that have an impact on your performance. These might be new needs that have been identified through information gathered as part of the evaluation process.
