- El gimnasio. This person says he isn't very fit (no estoy en muy buena forma) and that he ought to do more physical exercise (debería hacer más ejercicio físico). The suggestion is, therefore, that he needs to go to the gym.
- La enfermera. The suggestion here is that it's a pupil talking to a teacher. He has a headache (tengo un dolor de cabeza) and wants to get an aspirin (buscar una aspirina), so we can assume that he needs to see the school nurse.
- El dentista. This person has toothache (un dolor de muelas) and needs an appointment for today (una cita para hoy), so they need to go to the dentist.
- El médico. This person needs to see the doctor because he has earache (dolor de oídos) and a temperature (fiebre).
