 As part of 6 Music's Reading festival, we want you to send your reviews to Vic McGlynn.
You can write a review (up to 400 words) on one (or more) of the following subjects:
1. Gigs. Send us a review of the most recent gig you've been to
2. Comedy. Whether you've been to a gig or seen something funny on the telly
3. Album. Review an album - a new release or your favourite album
4. Sporting event. From reviews of your local footy team to a county hockey match - anything goes
5. Film. Seen a good film recently? At the flicks, or on your old video player? Send us a write up!
We'll shortlist the reviews that we get and a critic from each field will join Vic McGlynn each day from 3-7 October to pick a winner and discuss the art of writing a review. So if you have a passion about any of those areas, and fancy sharing that passion with others - send in your reviews and listen out for tips on sending your stuff to local rags, to getting published.
Winning reviews will be published on their local BBC site as well as here on the 6 Music site and could be the lucky winners of a load of rock'n'roll reads. So submit your reviews, now! And don't forget to tell us which category you want to go into. You don't have to be a writer, we want everyone to have a go.
