The winner of a week at 6 Music!
6 Music's Lust For Lifecampaign is all about helping you get what you want from life, and as part the special week of programming we offered you the chance to win a week here at 6 Music Towers!

We selected a shortlist from all your entries over the last couple of weeks and left it to you to vote for who YOU think should get a week here at 6 Music Towers, finding out how everything works and discovering if we really are media dahlinks!!

Well you've picked a winner entrant, and here are her details:

Kate from Reading

Why should you get this placement?: Because I'm intelligent but quirky, hard-working but good for a laugh. Such a placement would be an opportunity, and one should never turn down opportunities. You have to look up once in a while, or you'll miss something.

How do you think your life would change if you got this placement?: I would have an experience I would remember for the rest of my life. I would meet people and open new possibilities. Much of it may be no more than the memory of the experience, but experience tells me that out of every significant event in one's life there is always a kernel of something useful and life-changing that stays with you and shapes you.

Describe yourself in 30 words: A writer, a mum, a wife, an office manager, a friend, a lazy sod that dreams and dreams and then leaps up, startles everyone, and has a go.
