Have Chinese bullets been used against UN peacekeepers in Sudan's western region of Darfur?

According to the UN, the Chinese are trying to stifle a new report claiming just that the conflict is still raging in Darfur despite ceasefires and peace negotiations.

And a UN committee monitoring sanctions against Sudan is currently discussing this report which, if true, would mean China is flouting an arms embargo.
