Four days of rain causes widespread flooding in northern Ghana

Four days of relentless rainfall has led to widespread flooding in the Central Gonja district of Ghana's northern region.

An estimated 25,000 people have been displaced and two people are reported to have died.

The local authorities are appealing for disaster relief aid.
