A senior Rwandan Hutu rebel leader has been arrested in France.
The International Criminal Court says Callixte Mbarushimana was picked up by French police and charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity in neighbouring Democratic Republic of Congo.
Mr Mbarushimana has also been charged with allegedly overseeing rebels accused of mass rapes.
