Is the 'kidnapping' of peacekeeping staff in Darfur linked to the UN Security Council visit ?

The United Nations says gunmen have kidnapped a member of the UN peacekeeping force in Darfur.

Officials said he was abducted from his home in the capital, El Fasher.

The incident coincides with the visit of a top level UN Security Council mission who are in Darfur to raise concerns about an upsurge in violence in the region.
