Benin president under threat of impeachment

The majority of Benin's lawmakers have taken the unusual step of calling for the president of the country, Yayi Boni, to be impeached.

The members of parliament have demanded that Mr Boni submit himself to trial for his alleged involvement in a company accused of fraud.
