The Ugandan army have been accused of committing human rights abuses in the north east of the country.
Independent MP Francis Adamson Kiyonga says the Uganda People's Defence Force (UDPF) tortured and killed civilians in Karamoja.
He said an elite force headed by President Museveni's son was also involved.
