Three to appear in court after Nigeria's second largest cocaine bust in five years

Three people are expected to appear in court in connection with the seizure of almost half a tonne of cocaine at a major Nigerian port.

Drug enforcement officials found the drugs in a container at the port of Lagos a few weeks ago.

West Africa has become a major hub for the narcotics trade since drug cartels created new routes from South America to Europe.
