There are concerns in Angola over the conditions in which a group of detainees, accused of violating state security, are being held.

The group were connected to a political movement campaigning for autonomy of the eastern provinces of Angola.

The human rights group Amnesty International also describe the charges facing the group as vague and illegal.

BBC Network Africa's reporter in Angola, Louise Redvers, sent this report.
