The LRA spreads terror throughout central Africa

The Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) has moved out of its home turf in northern Uganda and is now spreading terror across central Africa.

The group is currently on a violent recruitment drive in Central African Republic (CAR).

Eye-witness accounts given to Human Rights Watch detail the campaign.
