Eritreans opposed to the regime of President Isaias Aferwerki held a summit in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, for what they are calling a national conference on ways to bring about democratic change in their country.
Opposition groups say the government is guilty of abusing civil rights and political repression.
