Britain's National Audit Office say money spent by the UK government on education in developing countries is not reaping the rewards it should.

The report found very little sign of improvement in literacy and math standards.

The UK government spend $1 billion on education in the developing world.

BBC Focus on Africa's Sophie Ikenye asked Mark Andrews, Director of Value for Money for the National Audit Office, whether sending all children to school was simply too ambitious.
