The Ugandan army has accused Sudanese militia, known as the Janjaweed, of killing ten of its soldiers in the Central African Republic last month.
The troops were tracking down rebels from the Lords Resistance Army, who were initially blamed for the attack.
BBC Focus on Africa's Hassan Arouni asked the Ugandan army spokesman, Lieutenant Colonel Felix Kulaje, to explain more.
