Police in Kenya have arrested an assistant minister and two parliamentarians accused of propagating hate speech.
The three are also opposed to the draft constitution, which Kenyans will be voting on in August.
On Sunday, six people were killed after grenades were set off at a rally organised by opponents of the document.
