Somalia's transitional federal government suffered another blow today when a fourth minister resigned from the government.
Abdirahman Abdishakur Warsame, who was in charge of international relations, says the resignations are a result of the president's failure to contain the crisis in Somalia.
BBC Focus on Africa's Josphat Makori spoke to Mr Warsame in Nairobi.
