The team arrived in Lome just as Prime Minister Gilbert Fossoun Houngbo presented the country's newly formed coalition government to parliament.

It surprisingly included seven opposition ministers from the main opposition Union of Forces for Change (UFC), led by Gilchrist Olimpio.

So what does this unity government mean for Togo?
