There is a buzz in Tanzania's commercial capital Dar es Salaam as a record number of delegates gather to attend the World Economic Forum on Africa, which is also being graced by twelve African heads of state.

The crème de la crème of the continent's business community and representatives of civil society organisations will be knocking heads together over the theme 'Re-thinking Africa's Growth strategy'.

So what does this meeting hope to achieve?

Network Africa's John Ngahyoma put this to the Forum's Director and head of Africa, Katherine Tweedie.
