Investigators have blamed pilot error for the 2007 Kenya Airways plane crash in Cameroon.

All 114 passengers perished when the KQ flight 507 plunged into mangrove swamps near the city of Douala.

The inquiry was carried out by Cameroonian investigators, whose report stated that the pilot's action was due to "spatial disorientation".

Kenya Airways Chief Executive Officer, Titus Naikuni and Kenya's Transport Minister, Amos Kimunya, gave their response in a press conference held today.

The BBC's Ruth Nesoba was there and spoke to Focus on Africa's Sophie Ikenye.
