The results of Sudan's elections are continuing to make waves.

Despite allegations of fraud, President Omar el Bashir comfortably won the presidential race, and in the South, the Sudan People's Liberation Movement's Salva Kiir, got an overwhelming majority, clinching the top seat.

His only challenger was Dr. Lam Akol, the leader of a breakaway party, SPLM-Democratic Change party.

Now he and the leaders of eight other southern parties have decided to challenge the vote. The BBC's James Copnall met him in Khartoum.
