Rwandan opposition politician and presidential hopeful Victoire Ingabire has been freed on bail.
Ms Ingabire was arrested yesterday and charged with denying the 1994 genocide as well as collaborating with a terrorist organisation.
Ms Ingabire, who formed the yet-to-be registered United Democratic Forces party while in exile, is not allowed to leave the country while her case is being investigated.
Focus on Africa's Sophie Ikenye spoke to the BBC's Geoffery Mutagoma who attended the court hearing.
