Airports in Europe re-open

This morning, flights from European airports resumed after days of inactivity caused by a volcanic eruption in Iceland.

The first few planes touched down at London's Heathrow airport with passengers from abroad, with a number from Africa, waiting to be flown out.

So have any flights resumed from African airports to European destinations yet?

Network Africa's Akwasi Sarpong spoke to Chris Karanja, spokesman for Kenya Airways.
