Victoire Ingabire questioned by police

One of Rwanda's main opposition leaders is to be questioned by police today after she was prevented from leaving the country yesterday evening.
Victoire Ingabire is head of Rwanda's Unified Democratic Forces Party and late on Tuesday she was stopped by police at Kigali International Airport.
