There have been two explosions in quick succession in the city of Warri, south-east Nigeria.

They happened this morning outside a meeting being held on the amnesty process for the Niger Delta militants.

This process was supposed to end the violence in the oil producing area.

A reporter from the Nigerian satellite channel, African Independent Television saw what happened.
