Anger in Nigeria

Demonstrators in Nigeria have been calling for an end to what they say is the political uncertainty surrounding who is running the country.

It has been a shaky few months for Africa's most populous nation, with President Yar'Adua's illness and absence continuing to pose questions over who is really in charge.

And then to add to the country's turmoil, there has been in the last few days, an explosion of ethno-religious violence in Jos.

Our correspondent Chris Ewokor was at the demonstration in Abuja and spoke to Focus on Africa's Paul Bakibinga.
