Many of Africa's millions of internet users use the web to fulfil their social and entertainment needs through websites such as Facebook and Twitter.

But in one rural village in western Kenya, the internet is being used to reach out to Africans with HIV/AIDS.

Our reporter, Wanyama wa Chebusiri has been to that village and brings us the story of an HIV positive woman whose association with World Pulse, a website which looks at global issues through the eyes of women, is doing wonders.
