The head of UN peacekeeping has arrived in the Chadian capital N'Djamena for discussions on the future of the UN Mission.
Recently the Chadian government said it would not agree to renewal of the mandate for the force, known as Minurcat, and President Idriss Deby described it as a failure.
Alain le Roy will spend five days in Chad to look for ways for some peacekeepers to stay. Celeste Hicks reports
