President Robert Mugabe says he is not concerned by the latest extension of targeted sanctions against him and a number of his senior officials.

European Union introduced the measures in 2002 after raising concerns about gross human rights violations, and this week extended them for another year.

Zimbabwean journalist Brian Hungwe reports from Harare.
