The Ivorian Prime Minister Gillaume Soro is considering the make up of a new government and the format of a new electoral commission after the president, Laurent Gbagbo dissolved both at the weekend following a row with the electoral commission over voter registration.
He claimed that several hundred thousand names had been put on the electoral list fraudulently, but opposition parties have criticised the move.
Network Africa's Akwasi Sarpong asked Richard Moncrief, West Africa project director of the International Crisis Group, how this would affect the scheduled elections.
