The government of Rwanda has once again come under attack from the Human Rights Watch ahead of the presidential elections due in August.
It is being accused of clamping down on political freedom by harassing opposition politicians and accusing them of harbouring genocidal ideologies as a way of discrediting them.
Just yesterday, an outspoken critic of the Rwanda government Victoire Ingabire was summoned and interrogated by the Rwanda police.
On the line to Rwanda, Bernard Otieno spoke to Victoire and started by asking her what the police were accusing her of.
