Zimbabwean civil servants have downed tools countrywide demanding a pay rise of up to 400 percent.
It is the first industrial action to face the fragile year old power sharing government.
Despite a government position that it doesn't have enough money due to poor revenue collection; civil servants say enough money has been raised from the sale of diamonds and other minerals.
