Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni's joint military offensive against the northern LRA rebels in the DR Congo has so far failed to yield the rebel leader Joseph Kony.

Josephine Hazeley put it to him that the campaign started poorly because he first bombed their positions before sending in ground troops.
